Terms of use

These terms are a plain-language template for the BloomNovel prototype. Have counsel review them before you charge real customers.

• BloomNovel is a temporary brand. Stories in the demo catalog are fictional placeholders, not licensed manuscripts.
• You may read free chapters without an account. Coins, unlocks, and SVIP require an account that is yours to keep accurate.
• SVIP is a recurring subscription. It renews at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Access to locked chapters lasts while the subscription is active, including through the end of a period you already paid for after you cancel.
• Coins buy a permanent unlock of a specific chapter on your account. They are not a subscription and do not expire. Spent coins are not returned if you later subscribe.
• You won’t be enrolled in a trial that silently changes price. The price you confirm is the price that renews.
• Don’t share your password or scrape the catalog. We can close an account that abuses access.
